O’Donnell Group Realty was formed almost 10 years ago to offer buyers and sellers of residential and investment real estate one firm that combines this broad array of expertise with a passion for offering the most personal service possible. Listening, asking questions, tapping the vast array of data available and bringing it all together for our clients is the foundation for our success.
Fundamental to our mission is to simplify the often daunting process of buying and selling real estate property that can be filled with potential costly mistakes. We therefore strive to be our clients’ expert advisors, consultants and advocates, while partnering with them to ensure we are always clear on their goals and objectives. Meet the Team
Kathleen O’Donnell – Principal Broker/Owner
Kathleen is one of Portland’s top producing brokers. Formerly a commercial broker specializing in multifamily investment properties, Kathleen began her real estate career as a licensed broker in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia before moving to Portland in 1997.
In 2007 she founded O’Donnell Group Realty. In 2014 she opened her luxury office in Portland’s Pearl District. Working by referral, Kathleen and her brokers serve the greater Portland Metro area and specialize in relocation both nationally and internationally.
In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s License, Kathleen is a Diamond Platinum Member and Vice President of The Masters Circle (formerly The Million Dollar Club), the highest designation available, and a member of The Portland Metro Association of Realtors. She holds industry certifications as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), an Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. Broker and an E-PRO. Kathleen was also chosen by Portland Monthly as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. She is dedicated to her clients, whether they are selling or buying, and works with integrity, knowledge and focus to make their experience in real estate both positive and satisfying.
Kathleen is an avid road biker and enjoys raising funds for charity by participating in long distance rides here and throughout the US. As a cancer survivor, she is also active as a fundraiser for The Knight Cancer Institute at Oregon Health & Science University.
Alicia Selliken – Broker
For Alicia, meeting amazing people is the best part of her job. She loves using her experience in both real estate and social work to help ease the process of buying and selling homes for all parties involved.
Forming a genuine connection with her clients is important, and being a strong advocate is the key to a successful real estate experience.
Sarah Johnson – Broker
New to the industry, but not new to life.
Sarah’s work in higher education admissions, student services, HR, and a few years at Nordstrom, have all given her the resources to develop excellent relationships with her clients.
Her focus on kindness, her love for people and the community, and her hard work ethic make her a perfect fit for real estate.
Motivated and excited to join O’Donnell Group Realty, Sarah takes great joy in building and fostering new relationships.
When not working, she can be found volunteering at her kid’s schools and in her community, spending hours in the kitchen cooking and baking, and hanging out with friends and family.
Ashley Trinh – Transaction Coordinator
Ashley joined the O’Donnell Group Realty team in early 2016 as the transaction coordinator. She is eager to further her knowledge and education in the real estate business.
A graduate from Western Washington University, Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology while minoring in Sociology. During her time at WWU, she spent two years as a Research Assistant conducting research on adolescent and emerging adult identity development, and one year as a Teaching Assistant.
Ashley looks forward to applying her knowledge and skills to helping our clients.
